the only thing with the aforementioned statement is if he put on your ticket that he got you on radar going 78 _________________ Well the night I was born

Totally wrote that i was on radar at 78... but there was a car passing me on the right so maybe he got him and not me, but pulled me over because he thought i was going 78 because i was in the fast lane |

The radars actually lock onto a target, so if he says it was you, it was you. My bro in law is an officer, and I asked him about it when I got my first couple of speeding tickets. So don't try the, maybe you got the wrong guy deal. It's not going to work for you.
Good luck though.
Also, for all of you saying fuck the police, don't call them if someone breaks into your home, if they steal your car, etc...
And yes, I'm aware you're all joking when you say fuck the police... i hope anyway, otherwise fuck you haha |

| I'm not joking and I don't call them. People had broken into my house several times and thrown several possums at my car and I still don't call them. My room mates do though. I always tell them not to. |

And yet you IDed the guy who broke into your house.
One day when you actually need them, you'll be thankful that they're there. _________________ If we all don't take cover, we're all gonna fall back in love again. |

Wow. You are the fourth person I know this week who has been caught in that speed trap. I drove by it twice today myself. For note, where it becomes a 35mph speed limit there are only 200 feet left on the connector. Also, where the cop clocked you from was probably even closer. You may want to refer to this law http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/90-17.htm A point to make to the court: You were obviously in the process of slowing down when you were clocked as the connector was about to end and you were getting to your exit. As a result it is impossible for you to have been going over the speed limit for the required distance. Don't forget to make every argument and excuse that is relevant including that you are a college student who is strapped for cash or that this your first ticket.
You should show up to court an hour early (or even the day before) and go to the prosecutors office and make the case before your appeal.
As for hating cops, remember cops are people. For the most part they are inherently good.
Good luck with the appeal _________________ Support US Soccer |

Unless I'm reading this wrong he was going 78 mph. There's no excuse for going over double the speed limit. This isn't going 40 in a 35, it's 78. Unless you were on fire or had a Speed style bomb in your car, I'm pretty sure you're gonna have to pay it. Honestly you're lucky it isn't more. My ticket for going 84 in a 65 was ~$350. |

Yeah and then even after I ID'ed the guy they didn't do shit. They put charges on him for breaking into someone else's house but not ours. My room mate had to go find his belongings himself.

Using my extreme deductive reasoning skills I'm going to say he was born in the year 1991 and has the initials DJ. |
